In the countryside, between the sea and the city, gîte adjoining the owners' house with independent entrance and enclosed garden of 130 m² (south facing) with outdoor games for children. 6 bicycles available on request (4 adults/2 children).
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen and separate toilet. Upstairs (staggered staircase): 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden (1: 140x200 bed + dressing room, 2: 2 90x200 beds), bathroom/wc (shower + bathtub) and mezzanine with office.
Additional equipment: wifi, CD/DVD players, baby equipment (bed, chair...).
Included: sheets, towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, tourist tax. Cleaning fee €80 (mandatory for professional customers: €65). Animals: €100 deposit.
