Located in a quiet and secure residence, nestled on the heights of the famous Gohaud beach, discover the Les Marines residence, a peaceful hamlet equipped with two swimming pools, a children's play area and beach access.



The house has on the ground floor a double bedroom (140) and on the first floor a double bedroom (140) and a single bedroom (90) that can accommodate up to 5 people.



The fully renovated kitchen (3/2026) is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle). The living room has a TV. A bathroom and separate toilet complete the rental.



For maximum comfort, we also provide a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.



The garden is enclosed and secure and you will be able to park 1 car in the private parking space in front of the house.
