This fully renovated house of 110m² on a closed plot of 400m², has on the ground floor a double bedroom (160) and upstairs a trundle bed on the landing (80-160), a double bedroom (160) and a twin bedroom (2x80) that can accommodate up to 8 people.



The living area consists of a TV lounge space with WiFi connection, a new open kitchen (6/2023) equipped with all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home (vitro hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle). A dining room conservatory, overlooking a future large terrace (10/2023). A wet room with an Italian shower, anti-fog mirror, hair dryer, a laundry room with washing machine, table and ironing board and a separate toilet. A bathroom with suspended toilet and anti-fog mirror completes the first floor.



For winter evenings, the house is entirely heated by a pellet stove, with pellets available.



For maximum comfort, you can secure your bicycles or park up to 2 cars on the enclosed grounds and additional free public parking spaces are available in front of the house. A charcoal barbecue and lounge furniture are provided.
