"My family of four (two boys 9 and 7) spent Monday-Friday and had a great time. The home is bigger than the photos make it seem - the bedrooms are large and the living space is plenty for 4-6 people. The home was very clean, the hosts were extremely responsive, and they have every water toy you could possibly imagine. Highly recommended the farmers market on Wednesdays as well as the ice cream shop (The Frozen Spoon). We would definitely stay again! "

"We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there...

"The property was very clean and comfortable; we enjoyed our stay. Check in was just as we had been told. I was a little disappointed in the Bed situation in Bedroom 5 downstairs. It was supposed to have 1 King bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 double beds, however, the two double beds were not beds at all but rather just air mattresses. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, snacks, etc. were really a very nice touch. I would also mention that it would be nice to have more plates and silverware...

"We had a family reunion of 14 of us from Colorado, Oregon, Wisconsin and Minnesota and we had a great time at this beautiful place. The gourmet kitchen was a huge blessing as we ate all our meals at home during our stay and it allowed several of us to work together preparing the meals.We also loved fishing from the dock and using the canoe and kayaks provided. "Amazing long weekend at Julia Lake. The cabin is just as described and the hosts are fantastic. We enjoyed coffee on the dock, kayaking, bonfires, and exploring the surrounding area. Pam and Leigh were friendly, helpful and gave great advice as to where to get a good meal, and glass of wine. We will definitely be staying at this cute and cozy cabin again and recommending others to as well."

"We had several family events during our stay. It was very easy to come and go from this location. We had no trouble or difficulty with the property. Guiseppe and Anna provided a wonderful "home away from home" for us, plus they allowed our dog. It was clean, comfortable, in a nice neighborhood; close to great walking and biking trails and many other recreation opportunities. Close to stores and culture too.
