"The hotel is ideally situated up the hill from St Peter Port. The single room I had was clean and adequately equipped even if a little dated. The restaurant, bar and garden areas were more in keeping with the hotel and were clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was part buffet and part waiter service and I found there was a good choice of cooked breakfasts. I visited on the hottest days in June and the 3rd floor room was incredibly hot as there is no air-conditioning. There were no curtains...

"Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable."
