It is located just a 5-minute drive from the village of Saint-Martin-en-Vercors, offering all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, café, etc.).

Just a stone's throw from the Via Cordata, the Herbouilly site, and numerous hiking trails, outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted in all seasons.

This large 180 m² gîte with 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 15 guests and includes:
On the ground floor:

- A large living room with a pellet stove, pool table, XXL sofa, and flat-screen TV (TV access, Netflix, Prime Video, Canal+).

- A fully equipped kitchen (Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, 12-place dishwasher, induction hob, and large electric oven).

- Bedroom 1: A 160x200cm double bed, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and wardrobe.

- Bedroom 2: A 140x190cm double bed, sink, shower stall, and wardrobe.

- A separate toilet and washing machine.
On the 1st floor:

-Bedroom 3: a 160x200cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a period-style dressing table.

-Bedroom 4: a 140x190cm double bed, a crib, and a wardrobe.

-Bedroom 5: a 140x190cm double bed with a 90x190cm single bunk bed over a single bunk bed, and a large wardrobe.

-Bedroom 6: four 90x190cm single bunk beds and a large wardrobe.

-A large 14m² bathroom with a walk-in shower, a corner bathtub, three sinks, and a toilet.

-A children's playroom/library.

-A separate office with an additional movable crib.
Outside:

- Two private covered parking spaces with three spaces each.

- A garden.

- A fully furnished wooden terrace (gas barbecue, garden table, etc.) is available.

Practical information:

- Adjustable heating via individual radiators in the bedroom and a pellet stove in the living room (pellets provided).

- Free Wi-Fi.

- Free baby cots and baby equipment.

- Optional bed linen: €20/double bed and €10/single bed for the entire stay.

- Towels not included.

- Mandatory cleaning fee of €150/stay.

- Non-smoking accommodation.

- Pets are allowed with prior agreement and cost €30/pet/stay.
