In the heart of the pedestrian streets and near the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, this studio of 14m² benefits from an exceptional location. You will be able to stroll through the charming streets, discover beautiful shops and enjoy the liveliness without suffering from the noise.



The studio also has a terrace (very rare in Saint Martin), where you can relax in the open air. Whether it's for breakfast, enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or simply relaxing whilst reading a book, this terrace is a real asset. The studio is only accessible by car before 10:30 in the morning or after midnight, that's the charm of pedestrian streets...



Paid car parks (March to November) are located nearby (Market, Bastion) and a free car park 750 metres away (Cemetery).



Inside you will find a double bed, a television and a well-equipped kitchenette, it has a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and Nespresso and a toaster. You will have everything you need to cook delicious meals.



Furthermore, the studio has a bathroom with toilet and an iron. You will also have the possibility to store your bicycles safely in the courtyard.
