Château du Perray – Imperial Apartment

Experience true château living in 200 m² of meticulously restored historic architecture, offering comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoy a spacious 60 m² living room and a large dining area with an open kitchen, all set in a magical environment with ceilings over 5 meters high. The regal bedroom overlooks the wildlife park, where deer, does, kangaroos, llamas, and horses roam freely. A peaceful haven to enjoy to the fullest.



The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, induction hobs, microwave, and tableware. The 60 m² living room includes a sofa bed for two.



Bed linen and towels are included. Breakfast is not included but can be ordered for an extra fee. A continental breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor.



Cleaning can be done by you or is available for an extra fee.



The 17 x 7 m pool is open from late May to late September, from 9:30 am to 8 pm. The 13,000 m² park will enchant you with its deer, llamas, and kangaroos, among others.



You are 40 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean (Pornic, La Baule) and 10 minutes from the Sucé-sur-Erdre water sports center, with charming riverside restaurants nearby.
