"Lookout Point was better than described. The house is clean and welcoming with plenty of space. The deck and seating were top notch. The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach or rent the golf cart. The area is full of friendly folks and if you do see the "Oyster man" get some, they are delicious! The only disappointment was the outdoor griddle and grill, very rusty and dirty."

"Home was spotless upon arrival and we were even offered an earlier check in time. The host called us the day of to make sure we were comfortable with check in and directions. Beautiful views of the bay through a lightly wooded natural area. Plenty of space underneath to store bikes and fishing poles allowing easy access to activities nearby. We hope to stay here again!"

"We booked this stay over 2 months ago. The host did not send me check-in instructions (door code, etc) until I threatened to call customer service if I hadn't heard from him by noon of check-in day. Once we arrived, we noticed an overgrown yard as we pulled in. There were no instructions on how to turrn on AC or heat. Daytime was warm but night time was much cooler. Immediately noticed that there were only 2 dirty, stained bath towels in the bathroom. One washcloth hanging in kitchen and no dish...

"Wonderful place on the water. Plenty of kitchen utensils and lots of dishes and storage for leftovers. The beds were very comfortable. The back patio was a great hang out. Wifi worked as well as can be expected with all streaming processors. Everything was as advertised and much larger than expected. And we caught some fish. We had a wonderful 4th of July and 40th Anniversary celebration. THANK YOU!"
