Very nice apartment in Paramé

The apartment "Les Bois Flottés" is ideally located in the district of Paramé.
It has a very pleasant living room / dining room with its beautiful lighted stone wall, a large, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a nice bathroom. bathroom / wc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate only children, one or two, comfort for adults not being insured.
If you wish, the beds are made on your arrival and the bathroom linen is at your disposal for 10 € per bed for the stay.
You will feel very comfortable during your stay.

Breton and Norman of origin, we fell in love with Saint-Malo and its region a few years ago and we are convinced that you will also fall in love. We are not there because we live in the region of Tours but you can contact us as much as you want. Émilie, who lives in Saint-Malo and takes care of the apartment at the end of your stay, can also help you if needed.

Paramé is a former municipality of Ille-et-Vilaine, which merged with Saint-Servan and Saint-Malo on October 29, 1967. It is located east of Saint-Malo, to which it is connected by the Sillon. Paramé is known for its long beach of nearly 2 kilometers commonly known as Rochebonne beach (wikipedia).
You will find near the apartment all the shops you need, bakery at the foot of the apartment, restaurants, bars, grocery, caterer, market Wednesday and Saturday morning, hairdressers, wine cellar / rum / whysky, etc. all at 300 m walk. You can also go to the supermarket 900 m from the apartment.
You will be able to go to the beautiful beach of Rochebonne at 15 mn foot, and for the most courageous, to continue all along the 3 km of the dyke of the furrow until intramuros, admiring the superb sight on the ocean and the beach as well as the beautiful villas of the 19th. For the return a bus will be able to deposit you in the city hall of paramé in order to rest and enjoy the apartment.
