We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Malo, this charming flat at less than one kilometre of the beach, with wifi, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor of a house, overlooking a courtyard, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140×190), the other with a bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower, WC
-You will also have a washing machine and tumble dryer (2 in 1)

Outside :

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park within the walls or outside (paying car parks).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: 20 minutes walk
- Nearest airport: Rennes 80km
- City bus: esplanade St Vincent
- Sea bus to Dinard: Dinan slipway
