Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Saint-Lunaire; it has been fully renovated and designed by an architectural firm in 2025. It is situated right in the heart of the village, just 200 metres from Saint-Lunaire’s main beach.

Ker Maria is spread over three floors and offers a total floor area of 150 m², accommodating up to 12 guests.

Thanks to its layout, which includes a dormitory-style bedroom, the house is particularly well-suited to a stay for 8 adults and 4 children.

You’ll be charmed by the house’s spacious rooms, the quality of the bedding, the furniture and the tasteful décor, all of which create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for enjoying time together, whilst the numerous windows flood the rooms with natural light throughout the day.

The house does not have a television.

The house is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A lovely, bright and completely open-plan living area of approximately 50 m², comprising:
- A sitting area with a very comfortable corner sofa that seats around 5 people, as well as an armchair.
- A central dining area with a lovely wooden table seating 8 guests, accompanied by comfortable armchairs. It is possible to add two chairs at the end of the table, but space is somewhat limited for 10 people to dine comfortably.
- A storage cupboard with a wardrobe and a shoe cupboard.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including: a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a conventional oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a 4-ring induction hob with an integrated extractor hood, and a built-in fridge with a capacity of 134 litres.
A second fridge-freezer is located in the utility room. It features a freezer compartment comprising three drawers.
The kitchen is equipped with all the crockery, glassware and utensils needed for comfortable cooking.
- A utility room / scullery, accessible directly from the kitchen, comprising:
the second fridge-freezer, the microwave, and a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, separated from the rest of the room by a door to minimise noise when in use.
-A separate toilet.

On the first floor:
-Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), chest of drawers, shower cubicle and washbasin integrated into the bedroom, separated from the rest of the room by a blackout curtain.
The bedroom does not have shutters, but is fitted with blackout curtains.
-Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), wardrobe and hanging space.
The bedroom does not have shutters, but is fitted with blackout curtains.
Bedroom 3: single bed (80 × 190 cm), wardrobe and hanging space.
This bedroom overlooks the street. Its window is fitted with a blackout film on the glass, electric shutters and a blackout curtain.

The first floor also comprises:
- A separate toilet located on the landing
- An unusual shower room, comprising two individual showers side by side, in a layout inspired by swimming pool changing rooms.

On the second floor:
-Bedroom No. 4: queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), wooden table football table, manual roller shutter.
This bedroom has no storage space for personal belongings.
Access to the balcony from this room is strictly prohibited for safety reasons. The French window is not locked and can be opened, but access to this outdoor area is prohibited.
-Bedroom No. 5 – ‘Dormitory’
This room comprises 3 single beds (80 × 190 cm), 1 queen-size double bed, a chest of drawers and 3 Velux windows fitted with blackout blinds.
There is no toilet or bathroom on the second floor.

If you are travelling with young children, the house provides a travel cot with a sleeping mat (but without a foam mattress), as well as a high chair.

Outdoor areas:
The outdoor areas, measuring approximately 150 m² and facing east, have been landscaped with the same care as the house itself to ensure you can make the most of sunny days.
Beautifully planted with flowers, the garden features a palm tree in the centre. It is fully enclosed, except for the gate, which is not locked.

You can enjoy a pleasant terrace, which is bricked and has a lot of charm. It is equipped with two Fermob garden tables and two benches. Cushions are also available so you can sit comfortably on the low wall.
To help you relax, you’ll also find:
4 deckchairs made from sailcloth, 3 extra chairs, 1 parasol.

The little extra: an outdoor shower!
Ideal when returning from the beach to rinse off before going back into the house.
The outdoor shower is not operational during the winter months. The dates for when it opens and closes are indicative and may vary depending on weather conditions and temperatures.
Finally, the garden shed can be used to store a few personal belongings during your stay. However, it is not suitable for storing bicycles.

Ker Maria enjoys a prime location, right in the heart of Saint-Lunaire. You can make the most of village life whilst staying right by the sea.

All the shops and everyday amenities are within walking distance: bakeries, butchers, grocery shops, cafés, restaurants, a mini-market, and more.
The Grande Plage is just 200 metres from the house. You can easily reach the esplanade and enjoy the beach, the yacht club for water sports, as well as the many events on offer during the summer season.

Surfers will also appreciate Longchamp Beach, renowned for its excellent surfing conditions, situated about 1 km’s walk from the house.
An ideal location for exploring Saint-Lunaire on foot, without needing to take the car to get to shops, restaurants or the beach.

The Saint-Lunaire market takes place every Sunday throughout the year. During the summer months, it is one of the largest markets in the region.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park your vehicle in the entrance to the property, which is accessed via a manual gate.

Maximum dimensions for parking: 2.40 m wide and 3 m long.

- Saint-Malo railway station: 15 km
- Rennes Airport: 80 km
- Dinard (Halles): 4.5 km

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr agency in Dinard. They will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

If you prefer, you can also opt for a self-check-in, thanks to the access system installed in the accommodation. Details of how to check in will be provided to you before your stay.

- Please note: Ker Maria is situated in the heart of the village, right next to the church of Saint-Lunaire. The church bells ring regularly, including in the mornings. We recommend that you bear this in mind before making your booking
- The balcony of the double room on the top floor is not accessible for safety reasons.
