The Space:

On the ground floor of this log cottage, you will find a large open area on the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The Scandinavian modern decor and the central fireplace provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and other kitchen accessories. The dining room can accommodate 10 people at the main table and an additional table is at your disposal. The living room is equipped with two sofa. The master bedroom offers you two double beds.



On the mezzanine are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed. In addition to the private outdoor spa, there is a covered porch at the front and a patio at the back with a propane BBQ. A beach volleyball court and an area for camp fires are also arranged.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire chalet and the surrounding property. The chalet is located on a quiet country road, offering a peaceful setting and plenty of privacy.



Parking is available on site and the chalet offers a self check-in system with a door code for a simple and flexible arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The chalet is located at 486 Rang Saint-Antoine in Saint-Léonard-de-Portneuf, in a quiet and pleasant area. The village center is only about 2 minutes away, where you will find a small grocery store and a few local services.



The town of Saint-Raymond is located about 10 minutes away and offers several restaurants, shops and all the essential amenities for your stay.



Getting Around:

The chalet is perfectly located for outdoor enthusiasts. You have direct access to the Jacques-Cartier Portneuf cycling path, ideal for biking and scenic walks. In winter, the snowmobile trail is also accessible directly nearby.



Several attractions are located just minutes from the chalet, including Eau Claire Beach and the Lac Simon Vacation Center, which offer a wide variety of activities such as swimming, kayaking, hiking and family activities.



The Portneuf region is well known for its natural landscapes and outdoor activities, while still being located only about 45 minutes from Quebec City.



Other Things to Note:

If you bring a dog to the cottage, it is important to follow these rules:



-The animal must never be left unattended and/or alone in the accommodation.

-The animal must be tied up at all times when it is outside the cottage. (Please provide the necessary equipment for this purpose)

-It is important that the animal does not make any noise (no barking or screaming that could disturb the neighbors).

-Comply with municipal regulations concerning animals.

-Do not allow the animal to climb on sofas and beds.

-Pick up all animal waste, both inside and outside.

-Be responsible for all costs related to damage caused by the animal.



Please note that the BBQ and outside fire area are available only during summer time.



The chalet is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit. While it's not a central system, it typically ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the entire space.
