Located in an exceptionally peaceful environment, this large period manor of 250 m² welcomes you in the heart of a vast 25,000 m² plot of land, just a few steps from the Vézère, 2 km from the village of Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère and 5 km from Roc Saint-Christophe. Fully equipped, perfect for families, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 travellers for a rejuvenating stay in Périgord. Its lovely garden with no overlooking neighbours, its swimming pool, are ideal for relaxing in complete peace and quiet. In the evening, you can enjoy the friendly terrace equipped with a plancha, from where you will have a superb view over the valley.

Pass through the front door and discover an elegant reception hallway that leads to all the main rooms. On the right, a period lounge beautifully decorated with leather sofa, armchairs and decorative fireplace invites you to relax. On the left, the dining room has a large table that can accommodate 12 guests and offers direct access to the terrace. At the back, the independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, mixed hob, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.



The house has 8 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor: 1 Queen Size bed, private bathroom with shower and access to a balcony with valley views.

Bedroom 2 – 1st floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), wardrobe and small desk.

Bedroom 3 – 1st floor: 1 bunk bed and storage cupboards.

Bedroom 4 – 1st floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm), wardrobe and washbasin.

Bedroom 5 – 2nd floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together to form a double bed, washbasin, 2 armchairs and wardrobe.

Bedroom 6 – 2nd floor: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and washbasin.

Bedroom 7 – 2nd floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) reserved for children.

Bedroom 8 – 2nd floor: 2 single beds (90x190 cm) reserved for children.



In addition to the private bathroom in bedroom 1, the house has 2 shared bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) and 3 toilets.



For your comfort, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, a high chair, as well as an ironing board and an iron are available.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, depending on your desired level of comfort. Any linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.



The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
