Located 5 minutes from downtown St-Joseph, between sea and mountains, the location is ideal for exploring the landscapes of the South Wild of the island, hiking and discovering lava tunnels are within walking distance.

Covering an area of 80 m2 with a veranda of 22 m2, the accommodation has a capacity of 4 + 2 people. Indeed, the rental has a double bed (mattress 160 * 220), a sofa bed located in the living room and a "mezzanine" that can accommodate 2 people (mattress 160 * 220).

The rental has its complete independence, except access to the swimming pool and jacuzzi which are located in common with our main house. The parking lot is located inside the plot (1 space). Nearby there is a bus stop with regular bus lines.

Access to the jacuzzi and the swimming pool is reserved for holidaymakers according to the following hours. The swimming pool is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the jacuzzi from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Alcohol consumption around it is strictly prohibited. Correct attire is required (swimsuit, swim shorts) no swimming in city clothes (shorts, T-shirts).

Pets are not allowed and smokers are also asked not to smoke inside the house. There remains the possibility of smoking outside the residential area.
