The house isn't fancy, but it has what you'll need to live comfortably for a month or more when traveling for work or pleasure. In the fenced backyard, you'll have use of a gas grill and table for six. We also have a washer and dryer in the basement. The house is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood five blocks from downtown and a ten-minute walk to the beach.

Our long-term upstairs tenant is almost always on-site to handle questions you have, and we're just a phone call away if you need us.
