Boasting beautiful views of the mountains and contemporary décor, it is perfect for a holiday combining lake and mountain scenery, just a few minutes from the beach and all amenities. Sleeping up to four guests, it also features fibre-optic broadband, perfect for remote working or digital nomad stays.

Situated on the 3rd floor of a block of flats without a lift, this flat has been fully fitted out and decorated by local interior designers who specialise in bespoke holiday accommodation. Each space has been designed to offer comfort, functionality and a welcoming atmosphere.

L’Alma du Laudon is laid out as follows:
- A cosy 25 m² living room featuring a corner sofa, a television, a dining area seating four people with views of the mountains, and direct access to the balcony.
- A modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and all the kitchenware you’ll need during your stay.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200) with a lovely view of the mountains
- Bedroom 2: Single bed with a pull-out drawer that can be converted into two single beds, as well as a large walk-in wardrobe.
- Separate bathroom with shower and toilet

Outdoors:
- Furnished balcony with a table, chairs and a pouffe, ideal for enjoying breakfast or a meal with a view of the mountains.
- A private locked garage providing a secure parking space, suitable for cars, motorbikes or bicycles.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

In the immediate vicinity:
- Newsagents, supermarket (Super U), bakery, butcher’s, restaurants just a few metres away
- Saint-Jorioz beach is a 10-minute walk away

Activities:
Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, enjoy the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). - The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located near the flat, provide easy access to Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes) Saint-Jorioz Mairie or Saint-Jorioz Collège bus stops
- Geneva International Airport is about an hour’s drive away; there are also bus and private shuttle services connecting Geneva to Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend taxis or private hire vehicles
