- Shops: Supermarket (Super U), newsagent’s, bakery, butcher’s, florist’s, banks… 6 minutes’ drive away

Activities:
Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, experience the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Transport:
- The regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15 serve Annecy town centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes). The nearest bus stop is 1.2 km from the accommodation (uphill).
- Geneva International Airport is approximately 45 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services.
- If you choose to travel by car, 3 private parking spaces are available at the chalet

- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

On arrival, you will receive a personalised welcome from a service provider selected by the Cocoonr Annecy agency. They will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.
