- Large living area: lounge, living room and dining room with video projector and fireplace.
Please note ⚠️ there is no television, but there is a projector.
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, extractor hood, kettle, blender, coffee makers: filter and Dolce Gusto, toaster, microwave, Cookeo)
- Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer (dryer/clothes horse available)
- Shower room and WC


Upstairs
- Bedroom 2 with queen-size double bed, tables, bedside lamps and storage
- Bedroom 1 with king-size double bed and small adjoining balcony with incredible views of the river and greenery!
- Bathroom with shower, bathtub and two sinks. Hairdryer available
- Separate WC

Half floor
- Study with sofa bed for 2 people and desk area

Outside:
- Large 800m² garden with terrace, relaxation area, sheltered summer kitchen, barbecue, fire pit
- Parking for 3 cars
- Direct access to the Chemin du Halage towpath and the River Mayenne

⚠️ Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost ⚠️
- €30 for the preparation of 3 double beds (€10 per bed)
- €20 for towels (for 6 people)

Access to essential items and condiments (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, household products, shower gel, shampoo, etc.)

❕We have 3 chickens at the bottom of the garden in an enclosed area. They are self-sufficient and do not require any attention.
