- bedroom 3: 2 single twin beds wardrobe closet
- a bathroom of 5.65m2 with a bathtub, hair dryer

Outside: an enclosed garden of 130m2 facing south, garage of 14m2 for storing bicycles and parking space in front of the house. Provision by the owners, free of charge, of 4 adult bicycles whose use will be under the sole responsibility of the tenants. (no guarantee of proper functioning of the bicycles provided).
