In a brand new development in Saint Jean de Monts, this comfortable new house is just 2.4 km from the large sandy beach, very close to the forest and 3 km from the town center. Cycle paths are right outside the house, allowing you to get around everywhere by bike – no car needed!
This 85 m² house, decorated in colorful style, offers comfort and modern amenities. Thanks to Wi-Fi, you can work remotely and take the opportunity to explore our magnificent Côte de Lumière (Coast of Light) and the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier.
The house comprises:
- On the ground floor: a 31m² living room/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, extractor hood, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker), a 4.5m² utility room with a washing machine, a 4.55m² shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet, a cupboard, and a hairdryer.
- Upstairs: three bedrooms, each 10.70m².
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160cm), wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160cm), wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds, wardrobe.
- A 5.65m² bathroom with a bathtub and hairdryer.
- A separate toilet.
Outside: a 130m² enclosed south-facing garden, a 14m² garage for storing bicycles, and a parking space in front of the house. Four adult bicycles are provided free of charge by the owners. Their use is the sole responsibility of the tenants (the bicycles are not guaranteed to be in working order).
Additional free parking is available in front of the property.
Garden furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs are provided for enjoying the outdoors.
The house was built in 2023 and completed in early 2024; everything is brand new and fully functional for a truly relaxing holiday!
