For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 10 m² balcony surrounds the flat so you can enjoy the sunny days with furniture.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Activities :
- The forest offers a wide range of walks, trails and cycle routes throughout the town.
- Noirmoutier is just 35 minutes away by car
- Le puy du fou is 45 minutes away by car
- The hinterland with its windmills and walks
- A large white sandy beach as far as the eye can see for sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
