The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and features a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility for guests. From this space, direct access leads out to the private terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also benefiting from its own exit to the terrace. The second bedroom features 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, likewise with access to the terrace. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all occupants. The apartment also benefits from a private terrace of 17 m2, furnished for outdoor relaxation and offering a beautiful view of the garden.
