Exceptionnel Loft à Altitude 1500

Exceptional loft located in the Altitude 1500 residence. A few metres from ski slopes and hiking trails, this superb accommodation is ideal for hosting large groups for seminars or major events and families up to 14 people. Our largest accommodation in the Lioran resort that will allow everyone to find their place thanks to its vast and comfortable spaces.



On the first level, you will find a large bright living room with TV and immense windows that will allow you to contemplate a breathtaking view of our mountains. This living room is also open to its large equipped bar kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, raclette/pierrade appliance, traditional filter coffee maker, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher...) and its dining area with its large and beautiful tables. A storeroom will allow you to store your belongings and you will find cleaning and convenience equipment there.



3 bedrooms (160x200 beds) with each its own bathroom and toilet are also on this level.



By using the stairs, you will have access to the lower space where there is a huge relaxation area with comfortable sofas and an indoor garden where you can enjoy the view. You will have a cork billiards table and a table football available here. A second bar area can allow you additional sharing and gaming moments with its dartboard equipment. Finally, a last dormitory bedroom will be at your disposal with its 3 double beds in 160x200, two of which are bunk beds with a single bed of 90x190 above. A laundry and bathroom area will be located just next to it with its washing machine and large capacity dryer, a hygiene space with its two washbasins and finally its two bathrooms with a bathtub on one side and a shower on the other, each with its own toilet and washbasin.



WiFi is available and free.



Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be reserved through the agency. The duvet size (which are provided) is 140x160 for the 2 small duvets and 240x260 for the 6 large duvets.



Pets are accepted. Non-smoking accommodation.



Fireplace and brazier non-functional, just decorative.



Special warning: From 10 pm, we ask you to make as little noise as possible. In case of non-compliance with neighbourhood noise and complaints, your deposit will be automatically deducted.
