The villa near the Monts du matin, at the foot of the Vercors mountains

The house is very recent and has beautiful volumes, is on one level. It is composed of a large living area with a richly equipped industrial-style kitchen (American fridge, wine cellar, dishwasher etc).

Three bedrooms can accommodate six people (the capacity can go up to seven people if needed).

The master bedroom has a double bed with desk and a beautiful adjoining dressing room.
The second bedroom has a double bed with storage cupboards.
The third bedroom has a 1-seater bed, a 1-seater mezzanine bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people if needed and storage cupboards.PGJyPg
The bathroom has a bathtub, a double sink, a large walk-in shower, an electric heated towel rail for more comfort.
A washing machine is also available for longer stays.

A long closed garage adjoining the house can accommodate two cars or other vehicles in complete safety, a large parking space on the enclosed land is also available, which can easily accommodate five vehicles.
A large grassed garden is present in front of the outdoor covered terrace, with a view of the Monts du Matin and the Vercors.
A barbecue is also installed.

The house is in the immediate vicinity of major roads or SNCF. The bus and TER station is located nearby, a little more than a kilometer away as well as various shops or services from elsewhere.
The Valence TGV station is 20 minutes away and the nearest A49 motorway exit, "La baume d'Hostun" is 5 minutes away.

An ideal geographical location to visit the region and the Vercors:

- The picturesque villages of Saint Nazaire en Royans and Pont en Royans are 2 km and 10 km away respectively.
- The village of Saint Antoine l'Abbaye, classified as the most beautiful village in France, is only 20 minutes away to immerse yourself in a medieval atmosphere.
- The magnificent roads of the Vercors (Gorges de la Bourne, Combe Laval) are 15 minutes away.
- The vineyards of the Rhône Valley (Tain l'Hermitage) are 35 minutes away.
- The towns of Valence and Grenoble are 30 minutes and 40 minutes away respectively.
Not to mention the ski resorts...!

The ski resorts of Villard de Lans or Font d'Urle are only a 45-minute drive away in winter!
Alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, sledging, ice skating, snowshoeing or dog sledding are within your reach!

Not to mention hiking, cycling, cultural visits or gastronomic tastings!

All the information on important places to visit in the region, recommended restaurants, hikes not to be missed in the Vercors... are available in the Information Area located in the house, so you don't miss anything according to your wishes!

Additional practical information:

The accommodations are non-smoking and celebrations (bachelor parties...) are not allowed.

Bed linen, kitchen towels and floor mats are provided as well as a cleaning kit to keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
Towels can be provided on request before arrival with an extra charge
There is also the possibility to request on arrival an option for the end-of-stay cleaning with an extra charge.
