Holiday Home “La Petite Vague” with Private Terrace and Garden

Located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, this charming 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms and a comfortable living room. Enjoy a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The house includes a TV, washing machine, and a high chair, making it ideal for families.



Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and the living room offers a sofa bed (130 x 190 cm) when unfolded.



Outside, relax in your private garden, on the open terrace, or around the private barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals and unwinding. The sea is just 300 m away, with easy access to cycling paths and forest areas. Two adult bikes and a child seat are available for your use.



Parking includes a shared spot on the property and street parking options. Please note, events are not allowed and there is no Wi-Fi in the house.



House rules: The maximum capacity is 6 guests. Any unregistered guest at booking is a violation of the house rules and will result in an additional charge per person per night.



Bed linen and towels can be provided as an option, available for an extra fee. Families wishing to use this service are asked to request it in advance.



You’ll find a small grocery store 900 m away, a larger supermarket 8 minutes by car, and the center of Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez 15 minutes by car.
