The Space:

409 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a second-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Pickleball & Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and Retail.



This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfect for visitors who want to take advantage of Fripp's many amenities and be within walking distance of the beach. Features include all-new appliances, gorgeous ocean views, and access to the community pool. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and offers stunning ocean views from the patio.



Walk in to a spacious foyer with a full laundry to the left. Down the hall, you will find a well-equipped kitchen that overlooks a dining area with plenty of seating. Just beyond that is a living room with a sliding glass door leading to a balcony with beautiful ocean views. A convenient half bath rounds out this level. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms. Ine has 2 twin beds and access to the hall bath. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom. The view from the primary bedroom windows feature sweeping ocean views with opportunities for spectacular sunrise moments.



During your stay, take advantage of the included 4-seat golf cart, your ticket to exploring all that Fripp Island has to offer. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
