"The location was perfect. House had all the amenities we needed and more - very well stocked kitchen. Nice to have the beach chairs and bikes included. The beach was a very easy walk - perfect with a little one. The community had great ammenties. Felt very safe and friendly. The pass to the state park was a definite plus."

"Awesome property in a safe and clean resort. House is very nice and has all you could need. Loved everything about the resort and the house. Only complaint the whole trip was the bugs outside. They absolutely loved biting my family and I. lol If I could add or change anything to the property it would be to enclose the back deck with screens everywhere to keep the bugs off while enjoying sitting back there."

"Everything was good. We were there for a golf tournament so hardly at the house. The front door knob fell off, I called owner and she sent someone within minutes to repair it. Nice repair man came in and was pleasant to deal with. I would suggest bringing lots of Bug spray. The area is Buggy this time of year."

"We lost my mother on July 4, and this vacation was booked prior to that awful day. We almost cancelled but decided to go and take my father, who reluctantly went. It was a great time of relaxing for us in our sadness. The house accommodated us well, and the location was quiet and beautiful."

"This is the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever had the pleasure to spend a vacation in. It is beautifully furnished with a very well equipped and organized kitchen. My teenage grandsons enjoyed the 2 bikes they used to go to the nearby pool, basketball hoops and pickleball courts. There are chairs for the beach and a wagon to take down the boardwalk with gear. I can’t say enough good things about the house and the management! A++"

"We had a lovely stay. The place was beautifully clean and upgraded and new. All amenities available. Great golf cart for getting around. Although fits 5 adults/ teens at a push. The bikes were great. But only 2 adult bikes. So bring more if more adults in your party (2 tiny kid bikes too). You could walk to resort / tennis / boathouse etc. lovely screened in deck. Definitely a beautiful spacious place for our family of 5. Thank you!"

"My husband, bro & sis-n-law stayed here April 23-30. What a fantastic stay! They stayed in upstairs suite since they could control a/c separate from downstairs. Total privacy for all! We are some pretty serious cooks and the kitchen was really perfect. Lots of everything plus stuff left by others. Golf cart was appreciated letting us do lookie-see trips around the island. We all fell in love with alligators and singing birds outside the deck. I would suggest to future people who love to...

"You really can't ask for a better location for a vacation home. The golf cart provided gives you ease of access to the beach, golf, fitness center, and much more. There was more than the listing even had on it that were so nice. 4 adult beach cruisers, 1 kids bike, 4 folding chairs for backyard or beach, fire pit, and tree swing. Beth was easy to communicate whenever we had a question and quickly resolved. Would stay here again."

"The layout of the house was great for our group of three families of 5 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes! Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful gas grill because the inside was caked with grease. Fantastic proximity to the beach! It's just a very short walk across the street. House was located very close to other Fripp amenities like pools, restaurants, playground, etc."

"Very clean and comfortable vacation home. Great views and very relaxing. My only inconvenience was only having 2 showers in the house which made it challenging to schedule a shower time slot. Other than that it was perfect!"

"Good Day, the stay was great. Location was wonderful. My only complaint would be that the radio stayed on at the pool overnight. I understand during the day however, it played 24 hours a day. Thanks so much, Heather"
