Combining the charm of a functional holiday home with the peace of a residential area, it is the ideal base to enjoy the seaside resort while staying in a calm environment.

From the moment you step inside, the house reveals a living area designed to optimise every moment of your stay. The lounge, featuring a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable sofa, envelops you in a soft and relaxing atmosphere. It flows perfectly into a lovely, fully equipped kitchen. Nothing is missing: Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and a discreetly integrated washing machine. The little extra? Raclette and fondue sets for your gourmet evenings.

Sleeping Arrangements...

The Bedroom: A cosy room with a "Queen Size" bed (160x200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds (Twin 90x200cm) upon request.
The Lounge: The sofa is a high-quality sofa bed for two additional guests.
Bathroom: A modern bathroom with a shower and separate toilets.

The privilege of this townhouse is its lovely outdoor corner. This intimate small garden is a true breath of fresh air. You can enjoy a dining area for an aperitif in complete peace, away from the bustle of the quays.

Le Cocon benefits from a strategic location in a peaceful neighbourhood, allowing you to reach the town's points of interest via flat and pleasant routes:
Transport: Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie train station is 650 metres away (approx. 9 min walk).
Shops & Market: The market square, pedestrian streets, and shops of Rue du Général de Gaulle are 850 metres away (approx. 11 min walk).
Leisure: The famous "La Belle Époque" Carousel and the quays are 1 km away (15 min walk).
Beach: Boisvinet beach, ideal for families, is 800 metres away.

CONCIERGE FEES & OPTIONAL SERVICES

To guarantee hotel-quality standards, preparation fees are not included in the rental price. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after your booking is confirmed.
Mandatory End-of-Stay Cleaning: €45 per stay (guests are responsible for washing dishes and emptying bins).
Mandatory Linen Package: €10 per person (beds made on arrival, towels, and kitchen cloths included).
Options (On request): Early check-in/Late check-out (€50), additional cleaning (€39/hour), Pets < 25kg (€15/stay).
Deposit: €750 (credit card pre-authorisation, no debit).
