"Les Géraniums" cottage for 6 people with a surface area of 50 m2 with one floor is aimed at a family with children or couples of friends. The bedrooms are spacious and have a double bed + a single bed and a wardrobe each.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped closed kitchen with high bar and high chairs then the living/dining room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 2 armchairs, coffee table, table and chairs that can accommodate 6 people, 1 separate toilet with sink. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outdoor terrace of 14 m2 with an awning, garden furniture and barbecue. During the hottest hours of the day, for lunch, we have provided a table and chairs in the shade under the trees reserved for your personal use.
This cottage exudes an air of modernity whose comfort will delight you. You will be able to take advantage of the facilities at your disposal which are to be shared, such as the secure 12mx6m overflow swimming pool with deckchairs, parasols and solar shower. We added a wooden terrace with wooden pallet benches and cushions.
The location of the cottage is ideal for visiting the most beautiful sites of Périgord within a 30 km radius. You can also go hiking directly from your gîte.
