Gîte La Petite Prairie + annex can accommodate 14 people. Area of La Petite Prairie 145 m2, house on 2 floors and annex of 50 m2 with 1 floor
Périgord style house with every comfort, it is equipped with a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the orchard, ideal house for holidays with family or friends. Very often, this gîte hosts bachelor parties for young girls or boys.
You will find 4 bedrooms including 3 with a double bed (140x200) and 1 with 2 single beds (90x140) + 1 sleeping area with 2 single beds (90x140) distributed on the 1st and 2nd floor. On the ground floor, a fully equipped semi-open kitchen with a living room, 1 separate toilet with sink. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms with double bed and a bathroom with double sinks & toilet. On the 2nd floor, separate toilet and 4 single beds.
The annex has a 7mx5m private swimming pool with a wooden terrace with deckchairs, parasols and solar shower, 1 separate outdoor toilet next to the swimming pool. On the ground floor pool house of 30 m2 with summer kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, bench area, tables + chairs to accommodate 14 people. On the 1st floor, apartment with living room including an open fitted kitchen, lounge area, 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x200), 1 shower, 1 separate toilet with sink
.The gîte has an independent entrance as well as parking spaces reserved for the tenants of this gîte.
Many walks or bike rides can be done starting directly from the Estate to discover our countryside via our small roads or hiking trails. .The tennis court is near the villa, it is available to all guests in the Domaine, as are the ping-pong tables and the pétanque court. We provide you with tennis rackets & balls, ping-pong rackets & balls as well as pétanque balls.
