Featuring a wooden terrace set up for outdoor dining and a garden with mountain views, the apartment comprises:

- a comfortable living area with a dining space opening onto the terrace,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator),
- two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- a separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron,

The property also includes a parking space located to the right of the residence.

From the apartment, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the garden with the mountains in the background, as well as an unobstructed view of a quiet street with mountains on the horizon.

No noise disturbances are permitted after 10 PM.
