Small balcony 3 m2, east facing position and south-east facing position. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.
