- Distribution corridor, with access to terrace and sea-view office
- Master bedroom (sea view): king-size bed (180×200) and single sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Bedroom 2 (sea view) : queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 : single bed
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit
- separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful, fully fenced 741 m² seafront garden
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. Facing west on the seafront, with views over Jersey.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, in a peaceful setting. There are a number of local shops within walking distance, including a bakery, hairdresser, restaurants and mini-market.

- Sand yachting, fishing, walking in the water
- Running and walking in the dunes or in the harbour of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay.
- Multiple cultural visits abbeys, biscuit factory, fishing ports, towns of Cherbourg, Granville, Barneville Carteret, Coutance within a 60km radius.
- Lessay and La Haye du Puits are two charming little villages 7 km from Saint-Germain-sur-Ay.

- Marble staircase without handrail : parental supervision mandatory.
- Fragile marble : need to rinse off when returning from the beach.
- Full marble floor on first floor, with underfloor heating.
- Free WiFi available.
- The fireplace is functional, and wood is provided for the first flambé.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our local partner). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
