Located in Saint-Géraud-de-Corps, in the heart of the Dordogne, this 115 m² gîte welcomes you to a peaceful countryside setting, perfect for a relaxing rural getaway. The property accommodates up to 4 guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own TV.



For your convenience, there are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including a filter coffee maker and an espresso machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, ideal for video calls and remote work. A fan is also provided. The gîte is on one level for easy access. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.

Your hosts live on-site but ensure your privacy with a separate accommodation. The village, 2 km away, offers a grocery store, a bar, and several restaurants. Bergerac is 20 km away, and Bordeaux is about an hour’s drive.



Pets may be accepted upon prior agreement with the hosts, as other animals live on the property and it is not fenced.



You can do your own end-of-stay cleaning or choose the optional cleaning service for an extra fee. Water, electricity, heating, bed linen, and towels are included except during promotional periods and for short stays.
