"This was a comfortable place to stay overnight in Wilmington, an easy drive to downtown and back, off-street parking, and a simple check-in, all for a reasonable price. The kitchen floor could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a big deal because we weren't in the kitchen a lot. I let the host know and they said they would work to improve it."

"It seems like I always choose to go on vacation during the hottest week of the year, and this year was no different. But sitting on the deck at Nancy's Touch overlooking the river and feeling the breeze pass by, it was easy to forget that it was actually 98 with a real feel of 107.The house is beautifully appointed, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely week away. My adult son and his girlfriend joined me, and enjoyed using the kayaks to cool off in the river....

"First impression of the “hood” was scary. Unit is what appears to be part of a housing “project “. But, we decided to go in and check it out before making any rash decisions. We were delighted to walk into a cute little town house with nice furniture, a huge TV ! This is a split level unit and not at all ADA/wheelchair accessible. Unit has downstairs living room, dining room and kitchen. Up a very narrow and steep staircase are 2 bedrooms and the only bathroom. Unit is clean and appears to be...
