Through the glass partition, you’ll be delighted by the spacious, light-filled living room. The large wooden dining table invites you to enjoy convivial meals, while the corner sofa and flat-screen TV promise relaxing moments together. Thanks to the wide bay windows, you can enjoy exceptional natural light throughout the day.

Sleeping arrangements:
The first sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 cm double bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC.

On the garden level, accessible via a spiral staircase, a second sleeping area offers two additional bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed. You will also find a shower room, a separate WC, and a laundry area with washing machine and electric tumble dryer.

The enclosed garden creates a true holiday atmosphere for both children and adults:
garden lounge furniture, picnic tables, charcoal barbecue, table tennis table… everything you need to make the most of sunny days in a warm and friendly setting.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
