This family home, with its rustic charm and warm, friendly atmosphere, is ideal for spending quality time together and enjoying peaceful holidays.

The main living area is located on the upper floor and features a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing family moments. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a 4-burner gas cooker with oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a washing machine.

On this floor, you will find one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with two 80 cm single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub (ideal for children), and a separate toilet.

On the garden level, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms each with a 140 cm double bed, one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and an additional 80 cm single bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet, giving everyone their own space.

Outside, both adults and children will enjoy the terrace with garden furniture for outdoor meals, the barbecue for lovely summer evenings, and the enclosed garden where children can play safely.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
