Nice little apartment with two real bedrooms and a skylight in each, a bathroom, separate toilet, a living room with kitchenette that opens onto a balcony with a superb view!

The accommodation:
Apartment of 40m2 with a closed balcony of 5m2 located on the 4th floor with elevator.
Warm and very bright, located in the heart of the resort on the Mollaret plan, it offers a breathtaking view of the mountains.
The residence has an outdoor swimming pool available only in summer.
In the residence les balcons du soleil II, it gives direct access to the slopes. It is 400m from the shops of the Mollaret plan (mini-market, bakery, restaurants, SKI/VAE equipment rental...).
The accommodation also has a ski room.
The accommodations are composed of:
• A closed bedroom with two single beds (90x180) with a skylight
• A closed bedroom with a double bed (160x190) with a skylight
• A bathroom with bathtub
• A separate toilet
• A living room with a view of the mountain. It has a kitchen area (ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), a dining area and a pull-out sofa bed (2 x80x190) which can accommodate 2 additional beds
• A balcony with an outdoor table and 6 chairs to eat with a view of the mountains

Cleaning:
We do not apply systematic fees. Two possibilities are available to you:
• You wish to take the cleaning option. Please let us know when you book. The cleaning fee of 60€ will be charged at this time.
• You do the cleaning yourself. We are counting on you to return the apartment as you found it. For the well-being of all, one person will check the condition of the apartment between each tenant. If when you leave the apartment is left dirty (unemptied bins, dirty toilets, uncleaned bathroom, etc.), a cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged.

The ski room is secured on level 0 of the building with an individual closed locker
Free private parking of the residence is accessible at the foot of the building.

The accommodation can accommodate a baby. It is equipped with a travel cot with built-in changing mat.
Board games are available.

An internet box with fibre is present.

We do not provide sheets and towels.

The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
