In addition, the human dimension of the island will allow you to visit all of it from the very location of the villa.

The house consists of a large living / dining room, a kitchen open to the living room and 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.

The living room has an area of 30m2 open onto the terrace and the private swimming pool.
The main suite has a large volume (23 M2) and has its own bathroom. You will find a large 160 cm bed. The bedroom overlooks the terrace and the swimming pool.
The other two bedrooms have an area of 13 m2. One has a large 160 cm bed, the second a 140 cm bed.

All rooms are air conditioned.

The terrace has sunbathing, table and chairs, as well as an outdoor lounge to make the most of the exceptional climate of Guadeloupe

The 10m x 5m pool is equipped with an integrated spa. It has all the child protection necessary to make the most of it in peace.
An outdoor barbecue and a pizza oven are at your disposal to make you enjoy wonderful moments with family or friends.

The house has an unobstructed view of a magnificent cane field, and with an unobstructed view you will see the Basse Terre part of the island.

You can park your vehicle inside the property.


To welcome you and accompany you throughout the stay, you will benefit from a concierge at your service (delivery of keys, welcome cocktails, maintenance and cleaning on your arrival and departure….)

A deposit check in the amount of € 1,500 will be given upon arrival at the concierge.
This check will not be cashed and will be returned to you after your departure.
