The housing is a studio T1bis composed of 30m2:
- a terrace loggia- kitchen equipped with a table for 4 people (fridge-freezer, washing machine, crockery, kitchen utensils) and fan
- an air conditioned bedroom with a large bed of 1. 60m and an extra bed of 0. 90m (cot on request); it is equipped with a flat screen TV with TNT channels, air conditioning, desk and chair;
- a bathroom with bath, wc and vanity unit

The house is closed at night by a roller shutter to rest well and to obscure the light;

The view of the studio overlooks the park of the sea side residence with palm trees in landscape; you will see behind the tall palm trees, the blue of the sea and the lagoon; the beach is near 2 steps on your right and you expect with its fine white sand; the pool is 3 steps on your left and is secured by grills to protect the little ones;

Saint Francois activity and surroundings: The tourist activity of Saint Francis is located near the marina with its shops, the fishing port with the sailors and the local markets every morning and every Tuesday at night;
The sites of the sector to visit are of the order of the beaches: the casting, the cove with the boat, the cove with the gourd, the beach of tarare, the big saline, the beach of the lagoon towards the point of the castles, the jolan wood reserve, etc ...;

Typical local shops will make people curious: the coconut house, the glass blower, the jewelry seeds, and the shops open year-round to the fishing port;
