"Overall, a 5 star experience. A very sweet, bijou & well presented cottage, a short walk from Newlyn’s amenities & excellent eateries and, within walking distance of Mousehole. The cottage has a wood-burning stove, supplied with a generous basket of logs, though we topped up with our own supply - it heated the place quickly and made it very cosy. "Our host Sue was absolutely amazing she was there to greet us and show us around the property. For us it was the ideal location, down a country lane quiet and away from any noise. The cottage was immaculate with everything you need, a home from home. It was also located within driving distance to Perranporth and it’s beautiful beach plus much more. We will return !"

"Stayed for a 3 night stay . The room was great. Everything we needed for a weekend break . Really nicely decorated, which we loved . Good location to restaurants and bars and seafront. All very clean , really comfortable bed , good shower, Lovely little touch's , including first breakfast provided, good bread 👍 Will definitely recommend to friends if they want to stay in Penzance . 😊"

"Lovely cosy little place with a lovely feel and had everything we needed. Bed and sofa were very comfy, bunk beds were a bit tight for an adult and the only bathroom is off of the main bedroom so more suited to a family than three adults. Very easy to find and parking was fine even in our truck (reverse in). It was a good base but walking from there was a bit limited due to having to cross A roads. "
