"We had a lovely stay at Oms place. The house is a great size, actually a lot bigger than we expected. Bedrooms spacious and the living area was ideal for 2 families. The house was lovely and clean and welcoming. Facilities on site are good, only missing a shop, nearest shop is a short drive away. Kids enjoyed the pool and the park, outside pool was not yet open but can imagine in summer would be a real winner. Thanks, would not hesitate to book again!"

"The house is much more spacious than the pictures imply. 3 bathrooms and one accessible along with a downstairs bedroom. Our extended age family group was so comfortable. About a 15 minute drive to beaches we love. There may be others even closer. Lovely pub and cafe. And an impressive gym. A winner "

"What a beautiful apartment! Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony were spectacular! The beach was a couple of mins walk. And was a joy to walk along every evening. We found the apartment well located to explore Cornwall. And it was a very short drive to Newquay for any supplies you need. Could not recommend more. The staff were delightful and helpful "

"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"We have just spent May bank holiday at Grooms cottage-wow what a place. We took our two dogs with us. One is just 14 weeks old, we needed the break after breeding puppies earlier this year.The cottage was safe and secure, just like it said.The property is set in a rural location however you are just a 30 minute… give or take a few drive away from main attractions.This was more beautiful, relaxing than we could have imagined.We hope they will allow us back.Thank you so much, just what we needed."

"Family holiday to celebrate big birthday.10 adults, 7 youngsters.Surpassed all expectations ( and they were already huge) Wonderful property and location. So much space so no one ever on top of each other.Glorious, exceptional views and all rooms look out to them.Wonderful beach location.So much fun to be had in pool…Hired a Chef for special evening meal, A Yhangry Event. Thoroughly recommend.Memories I think we will all live on for years to come Only negative?Needs more coat hangers! "
