100m² cottage (ground floor + first floor) adjoining a residential house and the escape game of La Ferme des Délices Foréziens: total independence - you will have an entrance and private exteriors (enclosed courtyard, covered hut with 6-person SPA, parking). On the ground floor, you enter the fitted and equipped kitchen to prepare good meals with friends or family. The adjoining living room has a convertible sofa that can be used as a comfortable extra bed. On this level, there is the pantry/laundry room and a separate toilet. On the 1st floor, we discover the two bedrooms: the master suite with its 160 bed and its private bathroom (bathtub, sink and toilet and the "dormitory" room with a 140 bed and a 160 bed that can be converted into two 80 beds (on request from the owner). On this level, a complete bathroom is equipped (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). In the countryside, discover this unique place where you can recharge your batteries far from the hustle and bustle of the cities, relax in the SPA and work out with on-site activities such as an escape game, a laser game, cooperative games ... all without taking the car! You can also walk to the Ferme des Délices Foréziens and the Auberge de la Sauzée. Céline opens the doors of a delightful cottage carefully restored and decorated with taste and comfort. To make your stay even more pleasant: the cottage is air-conditioned, charges and heating are included!
