If you prefer local attractions closer to home, you'll find fabulous sandy beaches, numerous water sports, attractions and theme parks nearby, as well as the famous Puy du Fou and Futuroscope theme parks.

The 5-bedroom villa, including 4 master bedrooms, can accommodate up to 15 people. It features 4 bathrooms and 2 living areas, one of which is outdoors in the middle of the garden. Equipped with fiber optics, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The villa is just a 15-minute drive from the beaches of La Tranche-sur-Mer and Longeville-sur-Mer, as well as the coast, where you'll find numerous bars, cafes, and restaurants, not to mention the weekly markets.
