"This property was a cozy homebase for our family as we explored Chatham and the surrounding area. We appreciated the full kitchen and saved a lot of money eating most meals in. Dining on the backyard patio was especially relaxing. The fenced-in yard offered peace of mind, the property was well maintained, the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive when we needed to get in touch. We would definitely book again."

"The Golden Place was indeed… GOLDEN! The owners connected with us online and gave excellent instructions to arrive at the property. We were in town for an 80th birthday, and this condo allowed us to spread out and relax in between festivities. The whole place was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an exquisite bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. The owners left a high chair and a crib for us. How thoughtful!! We made good use of the deck and even walked down...

There are still some minor items inside and outside the home that need to be addressed.The host, Qaiser, is very proactive and responsive.The house is very clean and the large yard with firepit and parking area is nice.The property is in a very quiet area and the air conditioning works very well.With a little more attention to detail, this rental will be a Five Star."
