- Cocoonr is pleased to offer Chalet Izoard for rent, an exceptional property completed in December 2021, ideally situated at the foot of the Chantemerle slopes and just 150 metres from the ski lifts.
This luxury chalet stands out for its outstanding facilities, including a private indoor lift, a ground-floor wellness area overlooking the garden, and breathtaking views of the legendary Luc Alphand piste. Designed to offer absolute comfort to every guest, it also features a bedroom fully adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM). It is the ultimate retreat for a magical holiday with family or friends in the heart of Serre Chevalier. The property can accommodate up to 15 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the garden level (level -1, accessible by lift):
– A practical entrance hall with large storage cupboards
– A fully equipped ski room with an integrated boot-drying system
– A superb wellness area comprising a jacuzzi, a sauna, a shower room with toilet and an authentic table football table, all opening directly onto the garden
– A large dormitory ideal for children, equipped with two bunk beds (equivalent to 4 single beds measuring 90x190), a desk, a television, storage space and its own en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and separate toilet
– A double room adapted for people with reduced mobility, featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), a television, a desk, storage space and its own accessible en-suite bathroom with shower, double washbasin and separate toilet
– A fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron
On the ground floor (level 0, accessible by lift):
– A bright main entrance hall with storage space
– A sumptuous cathedral-ceilinged living room warmed by a large central wood-burning fireplace
– A double living room comprising an intimate reading corner and a TV area with home cinema
– A luxury open-plan kitchen fully equipped for large families (double oven, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, hob, dishwasher...) and its cosy dining area
– Direct access to a large 30 m² terrace equipped with two picnic tables and a parasol
– A separate toilet
On the first floor (level 1):
– A south-facing double bedroom with a double bed (160x200), wardrobe, television, desk, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin
– A second south-facing double bedroom featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, television, desk, private balcony and its own en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet
– A third north-facing double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe, television, private balcony and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet
– A fourth duplex-style bedroom, which can be configured to suit your needs with a choice of a king-size bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x200), plus an additional single bed (90x190), a television and an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet
On the second floor (level 2):
– An exceptional master suite under the eaves, featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), a private balcony and an open-plan bathroom comprising a bath with a direct view of the ski slopes, and a large washbasin – A separate toilet
Outside:
– A pleasant, flat garden surrounding the wellness area on the lower level
– A large 30 m² suspended terrace extending the living area for your lunches overlooking the slopes
– Two private, covered parking spaces under a shelter
– A private, uncovered parking space located right in front of the chalet entrance
For your comfort, linen is provided, firewood is included and your beds will be made up for your arrival.

The chalet enjoys an exceptional location, allowing you to enjoy resort life on foot:
– Skiing and snow sports: the Chantemerle ski lifts and snow park are just a 150-metre walk away, offering instant access to the ski area
– Local amenities: local shops, supermarkets, bakeries, equipment hire shops, bars, restaurants and a bowling alley all within a 5-minute walk
– Nature: walking trails, snowshoe routes and mountain bike trails starting right outside the chalet
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, there are three private parking spaces reserved on the property.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
– Nearest station: Briançon station, approximately 10 minutes’ drive away
– Resort shuttle buses: regular stops nearby for easy travel between the various villages in the Guisane Valley
On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
