The 115m² house is situated in a cul-de-sac on a 1100m² plot and has 2 double bedrooms (140 and 160 beds) and a master suite (180 bed), thus accommodating 6 people.



The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household appliances to make you feel at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, filter and TASSIMO pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus press. The dining room - living area has a television, Wi-Fi access (Fibre Network) and a fireplace. Two shower rooms with toilets complete the rental. Also enjoy a 20m² wooden terrace with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Private parking space on the property.

The accommodation is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection. For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is non-smoking and parties or events are not allowed. Household linen (towels, bath mats, tea towels...) and bed preparation are not provided. During the stay, there will be no replacement of household linen, nor cleaning.

The tourist tax is not included in the rate and must be paid before your arrival. Depending on the platform used to book your stay, a deposit may be required in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card during the last payment.
