The location is hard to beat, just steps from the beach and an easy walk to the pier, restaurants, and all the attractions, while still being far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. "Meh.... This property is part of a number sister properties in the area. The check-in is only at one of the properties, not the one that we stayed in.There is no staff there. They put us up on the third floor. The hotel was empty. the king size room which unfortunately I did not take a photograph of, It was all bed. you had to squeeze yourself around the bed to get to the bathroom. There are no elevators on property and no one to help you at all."

"First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We noticed noise and vibration coming from the wall in the bathroom shower It was addressed as possibly and resolved. The housekeeping staff was very attentive to our needs. We were close to everything and although the weather was not the best we had a great time. The restaurant next door was amazing!!!"

We lived it here in this family run lodge, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, great free breakfast provided, swimming pool and fire pit with wood and chairs all ready for you…… and to top it off - the Northern Lights made a show!! Kennebunkport was beautiful and I couldn’t of found a better place to stay. The lady gave us recommendations for restaurants and bars which we followed and had a stunning meal and a great night.
