"The property was very well located, being close to the town of Chalais with a decent size Intermarche and Monday market. It was situated at the head of a farm track leading into fields of corn and sunflowers. The gite was spacious and clean and the bedrooms comfortable. It was good to have 2 bathrooms. "La maison a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e rĂ©cemment et tout est impeccable Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. Beau sĂ©jour et chambres spacieuses, c'est parfait pour 6 personnes. En extĂ©rieur, grande terrasse sur 2 cĂŽtĂ©s de la maison. Le jardin venait d'ĂȘtre refait (printemps 2024) et la pelouse neuve mais ça ne pourra que s'amĂ©liorer. TrĂšs belle piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement, de belle dimensions. Attention cependant, pas de couverture pour ce type de piscine. Et donc..... elle est franchement fraĂźche aprĂšs le 15 aoĂ»t (nuits autour de 12°)....
