This 104 m² house, perfectly suited for families or groups of friends, is located in the heart of a quiet, private residence on the edge of a forest. It’s the ideal setting to recharge while enjoying comfort and well-being.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the bright living area, opening onto the terrace, the heated pool, and the jacuzzi—inviting you to fully enjoy the outdoors. The fully equipped open kitchen makes it easy to prepare your favorite meals. You’ll find everything you need: a 3-burner induction cooktop, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom features a 180 cm bed and a private bathroom with shower, electric towel warmer, and WC. A separate WC with sink and washing machine completes this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom or shower room, electric towel warmer, and WC, ensuring privacy and tranquility for everyone. One bedroom has two beds that can be combined into a 180 cm bed (2×90 cm), another has two beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed (2×80 cm), and the third has a 160 cm bed.

Outside, enjoy the gentle pleasures of life with swims in the pool, relaxing moments in the jacuzzi, and convivial meals around the barbecue, all in a peaceful, green environment. The residence also offers a tennis court and a pétanque court to complete your stay.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
